Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, BIMAK shall not lend or invest any kind to any organized organization in which any member of BIMAK's board of directors is a director or has a financial interest of such a member. Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "financial interest" means a director of a company or a member of his immediate family who has separately or jointly purchased shares of ten percent or more of the paid-up capital of a company or organized organization.
